| For the past several years Fayette-Coweta Family Theatre, Inc. (A Company of Friends Educational Productions) has presented a play each summer for our Summer Reading Program. Our kids, four years and up, love the productions and especially the "meet and greet" sessions afterward. We always have at least three performances and each is filled to capacity. It is by far the favorite program of the summer! The production is extremely professional with imaginative sets and elegant costumes. | We here at the Barnesville-Lamar County Library had the privilege of hosting A Company of Friends presentation of "King Midas and the Golden Touch" for our 2001 Summer Reading Program this past summer. We were very pleased with the production. The cast was excellent and performed their parts very well. You could tell the cast was well rehearsed and prepared. The partrons and the children enjoyed the performance and the feedback from them was very positive. The children concluded how neat it was to have a show like this in our library. The cast visited with the children after their performance and answered any questions they had. The program ran very smoothly.
